Case studies
Case studies
Indokrisna case studies describe Zoho implementations at businesses and organisations in Indonesia in a fixed order: the starting problem, what was implemented and the measured result. Each case study is published with the client's permission. One case study is available now, on the financial digitalisation of an educational foundation with Zoho Books.

How we write case studies
Every case study uses the same structure so that they are easy to compare.
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Problem | The client’s situation before implementation: processes, tools and obstacles |
| What was implemented | The Zoho apps used, configuration, data migration, user roles and training |
| Measured result | Changes the client can confirm, with an explanation of how they were measured |
| Client permission | The client approves the content and, if asked, the name or identity is withheld |
We do not publish figures whose origin we cannot explain, and we do not promise the same result to other businesses.

More case studies will be added once clients give permission to publish.

Frequently asked questions
Are all Indokrisna clients featured in case studies?
No. We publish a case study only when the client gives written permission and agrees with the content. Much of our work is not published for confidentiality reasons, which says nothing about its quality.
Why is the client's name not always given?
Some clients choose not to be named. In that case we state only the type of organisation and its field, and we do not include data that could identify the client without permission.
Will my business get the same results as in a case study?
Not necessarily. Results depend on the starting situation, your processes, data quality and team readiness. A case study shows what happened at one client; it is not a promise for another.
How can I discuss a similar need with Indokrisna?
Contact us through the contact page or take the fit guide. We start by understanding your processes and data, then prepare a scope and quote that fit.
