Zoho Mail for email on your company domain

Moving from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
Zoho provides an automated migration tool for email, contacts and calendars, and split delivery so the move can be phased. Indokrisna lays out the sequence: account audit, domain set-up, migration by user group, then retiring the old service. Details are on our data migration page.
Choosing a plan
The Workplace plans fit when your team also needs shared file storage, document editors, chat and meetings. If you only need email, Mail Lite or Mail Premium is enough. Zoho also allows Mail and Workplace plans to be mixed in one organisation on annual subscriptions.
Security and access

What to prepare before we start
Prepare administrator access to your domain manager, the list of current users and email groups, and details of the email service you use now. With these we can draw up the move schedule and estimate the scope of work for the quotation.

According to Zoho's page, Workplace covers Zoho Mail, Calendar, WorkDrive, Cliq, Meeting, Writer, Sheet, Show, Vault and Directory. Zoho Connect is in the Professional edition. Availability of each app can differ by edition, so we check it when preparing the quotation.
Can we use email on our own company domain?

How do we move email from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Zoho provides an automated migration tool for email, contacts and calendars from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP provider. Indokrisna plans the order of the move, runs the migration and supports users so that mail and schedules remain available.
Can part of the company move first?

What is the difference between Workplace and the email-only plans?
