Analytics does not replace the source app
Zoho Analytics reads data from apps such as Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory through a one-way sync. Analytics is for viewing and analysing, not for changing transactions. If a number is wrong, the fix is made in the source app and synced again.
Reports are only as good as the data behind them. So we check data quality in the source app first, including customer codes, categories and date consistency, before designing dashboards.
