Editorial policy
Content on the Indokrisna site is written by the Indokrisna Consulting Team on behalf of the organisation, not by individuals. Each page is reviewed by a team member who works in the relevant practice, cites primary sources or official documentation, and is updated regularly. We do not publish prices, unverified statistics, or legal and tax advice.
Who writes the content
Content on this site is written by the Indokrisna Consulting Team. We deliberately do not show the names or profiles of individuals: responsibility for the content rests with PT Indo Krisna Teknologi as an organisation. Each piece is reviewed before publication by a team member who works in the relevant practice, for example finance, CRM or customer service.

If we cannot verify a claim, we do not write it. The sources used are listed in the “Sources” section of the page concerned.
Review schedule
- Articles with a year in the title are reviewed every January.
- Product and service pages are reviewed when the Zoho product concerned changes or when our service scope changes.
- The date of the last review is shown on the relevant page.
Corrections
If you find a factual error, a broken link or outdated information, email connect@indokrisna.com with the page address and the part concerned. We check the report and correct the page if it proves to be wrong. Significant changes are recorded on the page, with the date.
What we do not publish
- Prices. Cost depends on the edition, the number of users and the implementation scope, so we give it in a quote, not on the site.
- Unverified statistics. We write a figure only when its origin can be explained.
- Legal or tax advice. We explain concepts and how to configure the system. Legal and tax decisions should still be taken with your own advisers.
- Promises of results and schedules. Results and duration depend on each business.
Use of artificial intelligence
At launch, the fit guide on this site runs on fixed rules written by our team and does not use artificial intelligence. We do not publish AI-generated articles without human review. If tools are used in drafting, the publisher remains responsible for the accuracy of the content.

Why do articles not carry an author's name?
