Zoho Health Check
Zoho Health Check (Pemeriksaan kondisi Zoho)
A Zoho health check is a review of a Zoho organisation that is already running: configuration, data quality, automations, user adoption, security settings and integrations. The result is a written summary of findings and prioritised recommendations, so you know what to fix first.

Who it is for
Companies in Indonesia that already use Zoho and want to know whether configuration, data and usage are healthy before adding applications or users.
What you receive
- Written findings summary for each review area
- Prioritised recommendations with reasons and impact
- Notes on data quality problems with examples
- Review of security settings and user permissions
- A findings walkthrough with your administrator and process owners
How we work
-
Discovery
We agree scope, the applications reviewed, the access needed and the business questions you want answered.
-
Design
We prepare a checklist for six areas: configuration, data quality, automations, user adoption, security and integrations.
-
Configuration
We review your settings against the checklist without changing them, and record each finding with its evidence.
-
Migration
We examine data quality: duplicates, empty fields, inconsistent formats and data that disagrees between applications.
-
Training
We walk your administrators and process owners through the findings and show how to check the same areas themselves.
-
Handover and support
We hand over the findings summary and prioritised recommendations, then help you decide on follow-up.
Who needs this check
A health check suits Zoho organisations that are already running, especially when:
- Reports and numbers from Zoho are questioned.
- Some users avoid the system or fall back on spreadsheets.
- The administrator changed and the configuration is undocumented.
- You are about to add applications, users or integrations and want to know the baseline first.
- Automations and integrations were built in stages by several people and never reviewed as a whole.
How it works
We use the same method as our other services, with review as the core of the work. We do not change your system during the check.
| Area | What we examine |
|---|---|
| Configuration | Modules, fields, layouts, statuses and settings documentation |
| Data quality | Duplicates, empty fields, inconsistent formats, data that disagrees |
| Automations | Active, outdated and conflicting rules and workflows |
| User adoption | Who uses the system, which parts are skipped, and why |
| Security settings | Roles and permissions, inactive users and administrators |
| Integrations | Connections between applications and to other systems, and their condition |
Each finding is recorded with evidence and examples, then ranked so you can start with what matters most.
What you receive
- A written findings summary by area, with evidence and examples.
- Prioritised recommendations you can share directly with management and your team.
- A walkthrough session with your administrator so the findings are easy to understand and act on.
The report is yours. You are free to carry out the fixes yourselves or ask another party for help.
What we need from you
| Need | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Read access or a reviewer role in your Zoho organisation | Lets us examine configuration, data and security settings |
| An administrator or system owner as contact | Answers questions about configuration history |
| Main questions or complaints from users and management | Decides which areas get a deeper look |
| A list of integrations and other connected systems | Lets us review the connections between applications |
We ask only for the access we need, and you can revoke it once the check is complete.
How it connects to our other services
Findings often lead to follow-up work. Fixes to configuration and automations fall under consulting and implementation. Data quality problems can be handled through data migration, and uneven usage can be addressed with training and support. You decide which of these to pursue.

What is a Zoho health check?
A Zoho health check is a structured review of a Zoho system already in use. We examine configuration, data, automations, adoption, security and integrations, then deliver written findings with recommendations ranked by priority.
Is it only for Zoho CRM?
No. This service used to be known as a CRM check-up, but the scope now covers any Zoho organisation, for example Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory, or a combination of applications, including the integrations between them.
When should we run a health check?
Typically when results fall short of expectations, reports are questioned, users fall back to spreadsheets, an administrator has left, or before you add applications and users. A periodic check is also reasonable if the system keeps changing.
How much does a Zoho health check cost?
Cost depends on the number of applications, the number of users, the complexity of configuration and the integrations covered. Contact us for a quote. We write down the review scope first so it is clear what is examined.
How long does the check take?
Duration depends on scope and the size of your system. We do not promise a figure before discovery. After discovery we agree a plan and when you will receive the findings summary.
What access is needed, and is our data safe?
We ask for read access or a reviewer role as needed, not full access where it is unnecessary, and you can revoke it afterwards. We do not change data or settings during the check without your approval.
What happens after we receive the findings?
You decide which recommendations to act on, and who does the work. You can fix them yourselves, or ask Indokrisna to do them as separate work with its own scope and quote.
