Guide

Zoho fit guide for your business

The fit guide is a short, rule-based questionnaire that suggests Zoho apps based on your business situation. The result is at most three apps, each with a reason. It does not quote prices or timelines and is not tax or legal advice. You finish with a conversation with an Indokrisna consultant, if you want one.

What the guide does

The guide helps you see which Zoho apps are most relevant to your business situation. We ask which tools you use now, which problems hurt most, how many people will use the system, your field of business and the areas you want to improve first. From your answers we show at most three apps, each with a one-sentence reason.

You can read more about each app on the Zoho page, for example Zoho Books, Zoho CRM or Zoho One.

What the guide does not do

The guide does The guide does not
Suggest Zoho apps Quote prices or discounts
Explain the reason behind each suggestion Promise schedules or implementation time
Point you to a conversation with a consultant Give tax, legal or employment advice
Use fixed rules that can be explained Use artificial intelligence to decide the suggestion

The guide suggests Zoho products only. The result is not a quotation and not a final decision.

How it works

  1. You answer six multiple-choice questions. Two of them allow more than one choice.
  2. Each choice adds weight to the apps that are usually relevant. For example, a small team that still tracks leads in spreadsheets leans towards Bigin, while a growing sales team leans towards Zoho CRM.
  3. If you choose many areas at once, the weight for Zoho One rises too, because one integrated suite makes more sense for needs that span departments.
  4. You see at most three apps, each with its reason.
  5. You decide whether to continue to a conversation with a consultant.

What happens to your answers

As long as you only answer and view the result, your answers are not sent to Indokrisna. We receive them only if you choose the “Talk to a consultant” button, fill in your contact details and consent to sending. At that point your guide answers are sent together with your message so the consultant can prepare for the conversation.

The data we keep, the basis for processing it, the service providers we use and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

After you get your result

  • Read the page of each suggested app to see what we do and what you need to prepare.
  • Discuss the result with a consultant on the contact page. We write the scope and quote after we understand how you work.
  • If you prefer to read first, open Insights for guides on accounting, CRM, HR and platforms. The articles are in Indonesian.

Frequently asked questions

Does this guide use artificial intelligence?

No. It uses fixed rules that we wrote ourselves. Each answer adds weight to certain apps, and the apps with the highest weight are suggested. Because the rules are fixed, the same answers always give the same suggestion.

Is the result guaranteed to fit my business?

No. The guide is a starting point for a conversation. Real fit depends on your processes, your existing data and your team, which we review with you in a consultation.

Does the guide show prices or implementation time?

No. Cost depends on the edition, the number of users and the implementation scope, and duration depends on scope and data readiness. Contact us for a quote once we understand your needs.

Are my answers sent to Indokrisna automatically?

No. They are sent only if you choose 'Talk to a consultant' and give your consent. If you just view the result and close the page, your answers are not passed on to us.

Does the guide give tax or legal advice?

No. It only suggests apps. For tax, employment or data-protection questions, ask your accountant or legal adviser. We help configure the system to the rules they set.

Why might my suggestion differ from a friend's or another vendor's?

The suggestion is calculated from your answers about current tools, main problems, team size, industry and the areas you want to improve first. A business with different answers gets a different suggestion.
