Zoho One is Zoho's bundle of dozens of business apps, covering sales, marketing, customer service, finance, HR and operations, under one account and one licence. It suits businesses that want to adopt several Zoho apps in stages. Indokrisna decides which apps to switch on first, prepares your data and trains your team.

SMEs to enterprises that already use, or plan to use, several Zoho apps and want customer, finance and operations data connected. Less suitable if you only need one app, for example accounting alone.
You sign up directly on Zoho's site. Your account is linked to Indokrisna as your partner.

Licensing models: All Employee and Flexible User
Zoho offers Zoho One under an All Employee model, where every employee is licensed, and a Flexible User model, where you choose the number of users. Zoho’s pricing page also lists an Essentials edition. We do not show prices here. Indokrisna confirms which models are available for Indonesia and prepares a quote that fits your team structure.
How we decide which apps to switch on first
Zoho One allows a phased rollout. We follow this sequence.
- Map the most painful processes. For example lost sales follow-ups, slow invoicing or customer tickets with no owner.
- Pick one or two apps for phase one. Usually the ones that affect revenue or cash flow directly.
- Decide which data must be clean from the start. Customer lists, products and accounts.
- Activate, train and stabilise. Only then do we add the next app.

What you need to prepare
- A list of the business processes you want to improve, with an owner for each.
- A list of users by department and the access each needs.
- The data files to migrate, such as customers, products and opening balances.
- Other systems that must stay connected.
- One internal owner who can make decisions.
When Zoho One is not the first choice
If you only need accounting, look at Zoho Books. If you only need simple pipeline tracking, Bigin is lighter. For processes that standard apps do not cover, Zoho Creator can fill the gap. What is Zoho One?

Do we have to use all Zoho One apps at once?
No. Zoho recommends a phased rollout, starting with the apps you need most. Indokrisna helps you set the order based on your most urgent processes, then adds apps as your team is ready.
What is the difference between All Employee and Flexible User licensing?
Under All Employee, the business licenses every employee and must meet Zoho's eligibility conditions. Under Flexible User, you buy licences only for the number of users you need. We match the model to your team structure.

Is Zoho One better than buying individual Zoho apps?
If you use three or more Zoho apps, or plan to add more, Zoho One is worth comparing. If you only need one function, a single app is often simpler. We compare both options for you.
Can we move data from our existing systems into Zoho One?
Yes. Zoho states that data can be imported from other systems by Zoho or a partner and exported in standard formats from each app. Indokrisna handles data mapping, cleaning and import for the apps you activate.
Does Zoho provide Zoho One implementation itself?
